Today I documented how many IRs were left to assign based on time. I am supposed to always have all IRs assigned before I leave on a Friday. Sometimes I'm here until 7. They upgraded the software so it is quicker than it used to be.

My Friday at Work
Every Friday I do the same thing. The same thing is assigning Issue Reports. This week I had fewer to assign than normal. I had a critical task sign up so nobody would bother me. People still bothered me.
