running

I'm in week 4 of the training plan
week 1 = 0 miles
week 2 = 10.75 mi
week 3 = 11.2 miles
week 4 = 2.04 mi so far and i will run 5 on Sunday.

This week didn't go so well. I did workout Mon-Thursday (week goes Mon-Sun)
Monday was pump (was supposed to stretch and strengthen)
Tuesday was .9 mi + combat + core (didn't have time for longer since class was starting) (was supposed to do 3.5)
Wednesday was 1.14 mi + spinning (supposed to do 2 or cross)
Thursday was pump (here is where my busy schedule super messed me up. I was supposed to run 3.5 mi
