18 Weeks (November)

Time is flying. I'm so busy doing a million things that I will forget I'm pregnant.

Randomly I sneeze and it's a big pain in my lower abdomen.  Sometimes when I'm just randomly moving it does that too but then it goes away.

After I eat a big meal I can feel various ab muscles pulling. I'm much larger at night than I am in the morning.
I used a collage I made last time comparing 2 pregnancies and now I added the third. I tried to label with the years but it kept not saving but you can figure it out.  I feel like i was just as big with the other pregnancies by this point even though now it seems more pointed and less rounded.

Size of baby: Bell Pepper, 5 - 5.8 inches long (from crown to rump)

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  I gained 0.7 lb this week so overall I'm at a 2.7 lb loss from the start of pregnancy.  I was already at a gain by 18 weeks with both other pregnancies (.6 lb and 2.3 lb) but my actual weight is about halfway between the weights I was at with them. I weighed the most when I got pregnant with Ella. I was 10 lbs less than that when I got pregnant with Miles.

Maternity Clothes:  Some only because I remember pulling them out too late before and some of the workout tanks were too small near the end of pregnancy. I want to get some use out of them.

Gender: Boy

Movement: I'm so busy I don't notice.

Sleep:  I often am woken up then awake and unable to fall back to sleep for a couple hours.

What I miss: Being able to eat lunch meat on a quick sandwich.

Cravings: Nothing yet.  I kind of want some cravings

Aversions: Nothing really

Symptoms: I have crazy pregnancy dreams.

Best moment this week: I don't even know. I've done lots of fun stuff but not baby related.

Looking forward to: having my feet feel better so I can get back to exercising.

Exercise:  My plantar fasciitis is so bad that I'm barely working out. I think I did 1 workout video all week. Air quality is so bad too so I'm not running.

Same this time: Well this time and last time I mentioned time was flying. Sleep sucks too. I also forgot that I was pregnant last time. I never seem to have a best moment of the week.

Different from last time: I seemed to have more pregnancy symptoms when pregnant with Ella still at 18 weeks than I did with Miles or not.

2018 Week 45/52 Photo

Looking through my week of pictures, I thought I could have had a photo of the day. There was one I wanted to use every single day of the week.

I chose this one.  Ella wanted to take pictures with my camera. She was taking pictures of her panda bear. Then I gave her a 2nd panda bear. She was posing them.  Then I turn around and she has Miles sitting there holding the pandas. He was posing for her. I had nothing to do with it.  Too bad it's a little off center but just look at Miles. I can't believe he has some facial expressions besides his blank stare that he always has when I try to get him to pose.    I could have cropped the picture but I wanted to show it just as Ella took it.

Ballet (11.10.18)

Ella had her last ballet class on Saturday, November 10. Well it's her last class for the Saturday session. She still goes on Wednesdays at school.  We almost had to leave early to go to a birthday party. I'm glad we didn't and bet Ella is too. They had the parents come inside and they performed for us. This was Ella's first class she didn't wear ballet shoes. She was mad her pink shoes were at school and didn't want to wear her black shoes. Also it's the first time her hair was not in a bun. She was being difficult when I was trying to do her hair so I did not do it.

Fun Run Planning (10.20.18)

I tend to run events for mom group and decided to expand and organize a fun run and festival for the preschool.  It was a lot of work but actually way less work than other things I do for mom group since Beth ordered the food and ordered the bounce house. She figured out the snacks based on what I had used at a previous tot trot and then she called around and found a big bounce house.

We had a designer design the race bibs and the race medal for us. We are disappointed in them though because they shrunk down the circle instead of adjusting the wording to account for the hole for the necklace string. I am not sure how disappointed the kids are but I am quite disappointed in them.  We also have enough left for next year so I'll get to be disappointed again next year when the time comes.

We had to find a date and get board and church approval. It was also nice to be able to do it on campus.  Then we chose a cost to have it be a fundraiser.
Beth and I walked a few different loops early on to plan a course. Then we walked again closer to the event to finalize the course.
We had games and various booths for after the race.  The balloon arch was a nice touch too.

It was nice having a Halloween theme because we could use Halloween decorations to decorate and use cobwebs to create the photo booth.

We had a few volunteers help set up and do registration which was a huge help. Since it was a smaller event, we did not have official race packets so you just picked up your race bib the day of the event.

We had people register via paypal, check, or cash. It might be easier to have a more legit way to sign up next year instead of a google form and payment options. I was reminding people often not to forget to pay.

We had bagels with cream cheese, bananas, granola bars, and water as post race snacks. Beth also brought tomatoes from her garden that people said were delicious.

Since we were using the same race medals for 2 years in a row, we did not get the date put on them and we printed labels with the date and put them on the back of the medals.   We did a lot of printing for the signs, bibs, and medals the day before. It would be easier to do it more in advance but we were taking sign-ups up until a few days before the event.

Next year it will be even smoother to set up and do all the prep work when we do it.

I sent out an email the day before so people knew more of what to expect.

Costumes are encouraged!

Agenda:9:30 - Registration (sign in and pick up your race bib)9:30 -10:30 Hair Braiding booth9:30 - Bounce House!9:55 - Start lining up!10:00 - Race for 4-7 year olds~10:05 - Race for 1-3 year olds. 10:15 - Games, Face Painting, Bounce House

The Registration table will be in the breezeway, where the race will start and end.  There will be some balloons so we will be hard to miss. Children participating in the Fun Run will need a race bib to participate so be sure to arrive early enough to get the bib.

The fun run is untimed and the prizes will be handed out at the finish.

Adult cooperation during race line-up ensures a fun race experience for all. Please line up your older racers who are running solo at the start line and younger racers accompanied by an adult at the back. This will allow all kids a chance to run!  Kids can run or walk to finish. You can even carry your child for part of the event. It’ll be fun. No matter how they get to the finish line, they’ll get a finisher medal. Parents, we love your enthusiasm and encourage you to cheer your kids to the finish line. We will be running 2 heats. Ages 4 through 7 will run first. They will run 0.3 mile through campus and the parking lot. The kids 3 and under will run the same course but in a second heat.

Post race snacks will be near the registration table. There will be water, granola bars, cuties, bananas, and bagels.

2018 Week 44/52 Photo

I ran my first 5k in almost 3 years.  Dave took some pictures of me finishing. I actually liked a picture he took of me better at the start but I can't seem to get it to show up on the google photos so we'll go with this one. I like this one because I'm smiling even though it was tough.  I ran faster than I thought. I didn't train. I ran a race for the first time in many years without a Garmin so I didn't know my pace. It might even have been the first 5k I've run doing intervals. I hope to make a separate post about the race and the kids tot trot.

Preschool Photos 11-7-18

They had class photos at preschool. Individual and sibling shots. They are so cute.  She got Miles to smile having his may various food items.
There were 14 pictures taken and I bought all the digital images.

2018 Week 43/52 Photo

I had a lot of difficulty picking my favorite picture for the week. There was at least one that I loved every day. They all seemed to have Miles. Poor Ella doesn't get such amazing pictures.

Here we are at Disney on ice. Miles loves it. He's waving his wand around. The first half of Disney on Ice the kids loved.  It was a bit long for them. Miles paid attention and would point out characters he knew to me. He also got concerned when bad things were happening in scenes.   Ella loved it to and was telling Dave who characters were that he didn't know. She would dance around to the music. I just didn't get an amazing picture of her.

Miles is getting so big.

17 Weeks (Nov)

Well I'm finally caught up with the scheduled posts. I almost changed it to every 3rd day not every other to have a little buffer since I never type these on time.
I'm so hungry a lot and when I eat, I just want to keep eating.  Too bad I don't meal plan well and our refrigerator is jam packed.

Hey this is my first of the 3 pregnancies that I'm not moving while pregnant.  How exciting.

Size of baby: Onion, 4.5 - 5 inches long

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  I lost 0.6 this week but really last week I weighed myself with wet hair so that's probably off a little.  I have a 3.4 lb loss overall. 17 weeks is when I went from a loss to a gain with Miles and 18 weeks with Ella.

Maternity Clothes:  I've pulled out some stuff because I figure might as well wear it. The belly looks bigger in the maternity tops when I wear them versus regular clothes.  I still wear my normal workout capris but have notice the waist feels tight in some. I don't pull them up and just put it right below my belly.

Gender: Boy (learned via blood test but the anatomy ultrasound is November 20)

Movement: I realized this week I've been so busy that I haven't noticed much.

Sleep: I've been getting about 7 hours but it's broken because Poly wakes me up and then I go to the bathroom. This morning she woke me at 5 and it took me 45 min to fall back to sleep.

What I miss: Lunch meat.

Cravings: Nope

Aversions: Nothing really

Symptoms: Having to pee a lot is a really annoying symptom. I swear I drink a sip of water and have to pee. I'm still more exhausted than normal but nothing like the first trimester. Gagging when brushing my teeth is still going on.

Best moment this week:  Finding out we are having a boy. (But then it kind of turned into the worst when the kids didn't react very well.)

Looking forward to: My plantar fasciitis going away or at least getting enough better to not be in constant pain.

Exercise: I was doing pretty well but my plantar fasciitis got really bad. I'm in constant pain now so I took some forced rest days. I did have to walk home 1.7 miles one of those days.

Same this time: Both times I mentioned being too busy to notice pregnancy symptoms and I feel like that's the case this week too.

Different from last time: I wore maternity clothes with Ella and now but hadn't yet with Miles.
I was busy all 3 times but with different things (Dev Bootcamp, moving, and now Halloween stuff).

It’s a ...

Well this isn't quite the reaction I was hoping for from either kid. I didn't make time to come up with a good way to announce so here you go.

Reactions got a little bit better as time has gone on. We've known for about a week.

Also, the video is a bit long but that’s the best I could do with my limited time for editing.

How I announced about Ella and Miles.

2018 Goals Progress (October)

I last updated in August so I have September and October to update.

I made a post with 2018 goals and I have updated about my monthly progress a few times.

For 2018, here are my exercise goals:
  1. Run 72 miles (that's 6 miles a month) with a reach goal of 100 miles * --- I didn't tally my miles yet but I was already at 60 miles and I ran 17 times so probably 17 more miles.  -- So apparently I didn't tally my miles in August either. I haven't in September or October. I did run 18 times in October and most were 1 mile long.
  2. Complete 4 Beachbody programs - I completed 3 phases of 80 day obsession but still only count that as 1 program.  I am almost halfway through LIIFT4. I will finish this by the end of November and then start another program. I was thinking of a 3 week program but might do a little obsessed and then a little more obsessed.
  3. Exercise in some form 208 times (that's 4x/week) - In June I typed: I exercised 150 times the first half the year. (In my head my goal is way higher than this so I thought I was behind. I haven't counted push-ups for push-up challenge to the 150 number either.   (30, 36, 47, 17, 19, 16 = 165 so apparently I didn't document everything in my app)  In July I had done 44 more exercises.  My app says I've had 175 workouts out of 213 day for July and I forgot to check at end of August.  In August I had 42 more times.   -- my app says I have worked out 256 times out of 304 days so far in the year.
Random other goals related to exercise -- I haven't done anything there!
  1. Have a photo shoot while running
  2. Have a photo shoot while doing various forms of exercise
  3. Combine random exercise files/videos to one spot on my computer
For inspiring others, I plan to
  1. Run 6 free challenges - I ran 2 in February and another in 2 March. I ran 2 more in June!  I ran 2 more in August. (So that's 8 total)
  2. Run 3 month long challenge groups - I ran one in August (~7 weeks) and started one October 1 (9 week group)  Just with these 2 that counts 3 months.
I need an exercise photo shoot!  Anyone want to take some photos of me!?

1 SE October 2018

1 Second Everyday for October.  I included a lot of days with 2 videos instead of 1.  I didn't even include all of my workout videos. Lots of days those were my only horizontal videos so then I included them.

16 Weeks (October)

I got distracted. I almost forgot to do my pics and weight. I weighed myself after my shower with wet hair.

Ella is so excited about being a big sister. She insists it'll be a girl. She even tells people at school it's a girl.

This is my first weekly photo that had 2 kids in it. We were all freshly showered. Ella hadn't even brushed her hair yet.

Ella and Miles wanted some pictures of just them after I was done with my photos. They just kept going on the floor and creeping closer and closer to me.

On October 21, we ordered bunk beds. So Miles and Ella could share a room. Ella can also sleep in the spare room but I said we need bunk beds so that when people stay with us the kids will sleep together.  We'll see how this goes. It takes about a month to come in.
Size of baby: Avocado, 4.3 - 4.7 inches long

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  2.8 lb loss overall but a 2.3 lb gain from last week.  I weighed myself after my shower so my hair was wet but I have been eating a ton this week and still feel like I'm starving.

Maternity Clothes: I wore a few maternity tank tops just because I figured I should start putting them into my rotation since I have so many maternity clothes.

Gender: We will find out on November 20.

Movement: I barely notice because I'm always doing something and then at night I notice more.

Sleep: I am having issues sleeping. I wake up in the night to pee or because Poly woke me so then I just go to the bathroom. Also my dreams wake me up. They are pretty awful.

What I miss: I miss functioning after the kids are in bed. That's when I used to clean. Now mornings are frantic cleaning or just a disaster everywhere.

Cravings: Nothing yet.  I am always anxiously awaiting some weird cravings and it never happens.

Aversions: None that I can think of.

Symptoms: When I am doing a little too much my belly tends to hurt from all the movement.  I'm exhausted. I need to eat more often or I get lightheaded.

Best moment this week: Actually having an hour to eat while both kids were at preschool.  I spent a lot of time eating this week. I was always starving for some reason and it was nice I got some chances to eat. I did take a long time with dinner a few times so started Miles's bedtime late. He didn't mind.

Looking forward to: Finding out the gender.

Exercise: I worked out everyday except Saturday because I had many workout days. I had many days of more than one workout! It's getting so much harder to run. My plantar fasciitis is bad. My glutes were sore this week.

Same this time: I never have any aversions or cravings.

Different from last time: I missed working out with Ella and Miles and this time I got a lot of workouts in.   With each baby there is less focus on the actual pregnancy.

LIIFT4 Week 3

This is actually the third week by dates but I had to finish week 2 workouts.  I think I included everything. The videos keep disappearing and I put them all back I think.

Monday

I’m a little behind but not missing workouts
5s, 8s, 10s, and 15s used. Well 1 8 so I hold 8 in one arm and 5 in other and swap next set.

Workout done. Only a few days behind on the program. Poly is always by my side when I workout.

Run to get Ella. Stroller tires low. Issues pumping. So running late. Had to run fast. Hated it. It started so cold. Ended so hot. When you are running late, you run fast. I’m annoyed it only says .95. Before last week it was always a mile or 1.05 if I started right at my garage. For the last week it’s been .95 every time.

2nd run turned to half walk. And mapmyrun didn’t include my pic so you get pic not stats

Tuesday

Week 2 day 4. I was not in the mood to do all that hiit after running yesterday.

I did my workout even though I really didn’t want to. But new dresses came in the mail. I didn’t want to try them on without a shower first. I didn’t want to shower without a workout first. So there you have it. Workout complete.

Wednesday

Rest day was catch up for me. And man leg day and today back to back rough on pain the ol’ booty. I had sweat drips on the floor today. I kept stopping the video because Miles was awake but content in his crib so I tried to hurry to finish. I couldn’t check the baby monitor without stopping my video. My arms were dead after. Upped weights. So 20 lb for chest I went a bit slower than the cues. Also tricep push-ups at the end I couldn’t do more than 8!

It’s the first time I noticed sweat drips on the floor

 Thursday

First we started on bike. And turned around. Swapped to scooter. So overall commute was 35 minutes for 1 mile. So much frustration. (I was pushing a stroller. The fastest part was the few hundred yards Ella ran and I ran while pushing a stroller and holding her scooter.

And then the run home kid free.

My plans changed and I didn’t have to run to school again and again so I did a video. Still behind but week 3 day 2 done. Even with double workouts I’m not catching up! One of these days.

Friday
This is a very see through maternity tank top but in this lighting you can’t tell so much. I wore real people clothes earlier today so decided to wear something that isn’t so good for all day. It’s the first maternity top I’ve worn this pregnancy.

My shoulders are tired
My triceps are still sore
My biceps are still sore
My glutes are not still sore. Yay
I didn’t pee my pants at all this workout. Which is way better than I can say for running lately.
I feel so good right now. I think spending 90 minutes eating and eating more and more lunch helped. I needed some food!

I only remembered to turn on my Fitbit as a workout when the cooldown started. Ha. Usually I start it a little late then 3 hours later realize I need stop it.

Ahh these videos keep disappearing from the post. This is so annoying.

15 Weeks (October)

I've been busy so I feel like I didn't notice movement this week. It was always something going on this week. The last few days in the week my throat hurt a little bit but then I was so busy I never even made tea with honey to try to help with it.

My the end of the day after dinner, I look so much more pregnant.   Ella loves to come over and lift up my shirt and kiss the baby.

Miles finally stopped being as clingy.

More people I end up talking to bring up how I'm pregnant or congratulations.

Ella still says she hopes it's a girl. Miles still constantly changes his mind if he wants a little brother or sister.
Size of baby: Apple, 4 inches long

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  I gained 0.6 lb this week so I am at a 5.1 lb loss overall. Throughout the week I was .8 higher than that at one point so I will probably have a jump up again the next time I weigh myself.

Maternity Clothes: Nope. Just wearing flowy workout tops. I'm a little annoyed with 2 of my workout pants since I now wear them below my belly they tend to fall down in the crotch with a lot of movement. They normally would get pulled up to the belly button.

Gender: We will find out on November 20.

Movement: At night I do more. When I'm on the go, I don't notice.

Sleep: Poly tends to wake me up at least twice. Days the windows are open and it's colder she does twice she might only once other days.  I have to go to the bathroom at least once in the night but if Poly wakes me twice I just go at those times. I'm having such crazy dreams daily and sometimes they cause me to wake up more tired too.

What I miss: Didn't notice much this week.

Cravings: Nothing yet.

Aversions: Nothing really

Symptoms: I still get lightheaded quicker but am barely lightheaded this pregnancy so I think it's not bad. I have to go to the bathroom a million times a day. I cannot run without going to the bathroom immediately before the run. My dreams are insane. I'm exhausted.

Best moment this week: I'm not sure.

Looking forward to: Finding out if we are having a boy or a girl.

Exercise: I took 1 rest day. I did a workout video one day and ran the rest of the days.

Same this time: I take my photos every morning like I did with Miles. With Ella I took them at some point in the day.

Different from last time: I didn't have a huge weight gain this week this time but did with Ella and Miles. I didn't even list symptoms last time.

14 Weeks (October)

Sunday night we told the kids. Ella was so excited. Miles was dancing around excited saying "big brother."  Then that night I put together my announcement video. I had Poly jumping out of the bag but I put the rest together.  I posted that on Monday.  Then I swear Monday was just full of facebook notifications and I wasted so much time. Finally I could talk about it.

Size of baby: Nectarine, 3.5-4 inches

Total Weight Gain/Loss:  5.8 lb loss overall. I gained 0.1 in the past week.

Maternity Clothes: No. I did pull some out and wash them since last time I wore them I didn't have to wear free and clear detergent.

Movement: A lot

Sleep: I'm still waking up in the night. I pee a few times but usually the cat wakes me then I just go because I'm already up. If poly wakes me up near 5 then I try and try to fall back to sleep but don't.

What I miss: lunch meat, the ability to be super productive after I get the kids asleep.

Cravings: Nothing yet.

Aversions: Nothing really

Symptoms: I'm so exhausted at night. I go to the bathroom a million times a day. I have to go to the bathroom immediately before I run or it's not pretty.

Best moment this week: Telling people. Well mainly I just posted it and had people see from that. I didn't

Looking forward to: Talking with more people about the pregnancy.  Getting the weekly posts on the blog. Finding out if we are having a boy or a girl.  (Same exact as last time.)

Exercise: I did 4 workout videos  and then on Thursday ran 6x (3 commutes to and from preschool).

Same this time: Same looking forward to. I woke up early with all 3 pregnancies.

Different from last time: The doctor appointment timing.

LIIFT4 Week 2

I have spent so much time adding the videos and then readding them because they  disappear. It's annoying me greatly. The only thing worse is the mapmyrun pictures I put in an album was not showing up so I couldn't add any pictures from that. Therefore this blog post took way longer than it should have.

Monday

I was going to do the workout but then napped. I did run to school for some reason my belly was having lots of pain with the run so I walked home. Ella walked home too

Tuesday

Yesterday’s workout done triceps are dead

Wednesday
I ran to school. Wow a single stroller was nicer

Thursday

OK I guess today is my first rest day this week. I was going to do my workout and everything derails me. But tomorrow I have to run then run then run again all before noon so I think i'll rest up. Not my normal commutes. Going from one preschool to the other is going to suck.

Friday
Ok. I ran (and walked a lot today)
This was 1.7 mi but I was durations things in the stroller so walked to the next street before starting to run.
This was 2.1 miles total but I walked a bit at first and forgot to unpairs. Also I forgot to stop it so then the pace got worse.

The third distance was a mile but I spent half the time replying to texts so I walked. And then I ran.
The 2nd run was after being in the sun an hour and I ran in the sun. And I had to off road because of lack of sidewalks.

This third one was so hot with the sun beating down on me. Midday runs suck.

My legs are dead.
How did I used to run 18 miles for an easy run with others at a much faster pace?! Granted that was never in the midday sun

Saturday
I walked a fun run course. Then ran it with Miles ...if that counts. ha. I planned to work out later. But  I never did. I was over 3000 over my step goal. Busy day running an event then rushing to another event.

Sunday

I did Tuesday’s workout. It was a mess. Miles cried and cried and said it was because he wanted me to put my hoodie on. The kids were distracted with TV and right before the workout Dave ruined that. Miles cried and cried and finally said he was crying because he wanted me to put my hoodie on. That’s the only reason it went back on.
I did workouts 6 days this week. With some days multiple runs. Still only did 2 Liift4 this week.

Family Photos Video

We had some family photos taken a month ago. I didn't make the time to make a post about them or anything yet. But then I saw google created this video for me. So I'll post this and later when I put all the photos in an album and finally make a post, I'll post that too. These aren't all the photos. These are just the ones google decided to use for a video.

They were taken so we had 2 year photos for Miles. I am pretty sure Ella's 2 year photos were the last ones we had taken for her besides when she was in on various photo shoots for Miles's milestones.

They were taken September 29, 2018. Photo credits: Amy Ward Photography

13 Weeks (October)

I had my NT scan this week. Then I also had the 10-13 week blood work.

So far this first trimester is the best of the 3 pregnancies. Lately I'm nauseous at night if I have to be in a car. That sucks. But it's nothing compared to the constant level of being lightheaded that I was with the other pregnancies.

Size of baby: Tangerine, 2.5-3 inches

Total Weight Gain/Loss: I gained 0.7 lb this week so now I'm only at a loss of 5.8 lb.

Maternity Clothes: No. My belly is a log bigger but my clothes still fit.

Movement: I feel movement all the time.

Sleep: I'm not sleeping well at all. Poly is so annoying and annoys me if I'm not lying just how she wants with the afghan just how she wants.  My back is sore when I'm on my back so then it wakes me up.  Poly likes to knead on me and purr too and wants petting in the middle of the night.

What I miss: Functioning in the evening without being super exhausted.

Cravings: Nothing yet.

Aversions: Nothing really

Symptoms: I'm not even really sure. Peeing all the time. Exhaustion. I keep forgetting to mention the gagging when brushing my teeth. I remember this with Miles too. I make it about 20 seconds. Some days I brush my teeth 3x in the morning just to try to finish. I attempt to do a super quick pass over all the teeth so I at least touch them all before I start gagging.

Best moment this week: The Ultrasound to see the baby.

Looking forward to: Telling people...but I need to get creative for an announcement and I'm too tired/not creative enough for that.

Exercise: I did 3 workout vides and ran to and from school once. Oh I ran to Miles's preschool so that was further and a new route so took longer when figuring out the turns.

Same this time: Apparently I always miss working out a lot even though 2 of 3 times I worked out at least 4 days in the week. I just really want to be working out.

Different from last time: I don't even remember doing the NT scan the other times. I don't think I did but can't remember.

Miles 25 Months Update

I'm not doing a full update.
I just wanted to note that Miles has gotten very stubborn this month.
He is very hard to control in public places. He tests limits a lot. He won't hold my hand in a parking lot and wiggles to get out of my grasp if I'm holding him.
He knows he's up to no good when he's up to no good. You can see the look on his face.
He's starting hitting Ella back or hitting her when mad. He always has to have the last hit. He will often go in for a hug after as if to apologize.
If you put him on a time out, and talk to him about why, he is very good at communicating what he did wrong. Then you ask if he'll do it again and he says yes.

Miles knows his shapes a lot better now. He can even draw a circle. He likes to draw pictures that he says are his "family" and then hang them on the wall.
Miles is obsessed with Daniel Tiger. He wants me to only read him Daniel Tiger books. I'm so sick of these 24 stories. We read 2-3 (sometimes up to 5) before every nap and every sleep at night.  He's gotten better at going into his crib awake at least.

Milestones
On September 14, Miles opened a bag of chips for the first time himself.
On September 15, In the past week Miles has been playing actual games on the iPad. I don’t know how he figured it out.
On September 17, Miles was awake and quiet in his crib for a long time. I went in when he was standing. He also discovered reaching the light switch from his crib. Later saying bye to daddy,Miles waves and says "bye daddy" then says “I love you daddy.” Oh it was so cute.
On September 18, when we were leaving school a mom got there and Miles hugged her. I woke him to run then he fell asleep in stroller. This might only be his third ever fall asleep in the stroller.
On September 19, Miles cut finger and head with kid scissors. It was his first time trying to use them then he just wanted to run around and play with them.
On September 20, Miles sang abcs to g. And then I sang some and he got mad then he sang more.
On September 21, Miles had his first crib to car transfer where he was still asleep. He even carried a box of books. Miles can draw a circle.
On September 22, Miles was saying goodnight to Dave and Ella. He’s so tired. He says goodnight to them then "goodnight poopy" then "goodnight poopheads." He finds this so funny.
On September 25, Miles discovers he's tall enough to turn on and off the lights.

I wrote this weeks ago but then never finished the post.

12 Weeks (September)

I'm huge by nightfall. In the morning I still show but in the evening I show a lot.  I think I expand more as the day go on  than I did with the past pregnancies.

Miles is so clingy to me. He always was but I feel like he is a lot more lately.

My stomach gets bumped a lot from these kids and it hurts.

It's actually week 12 and I haven't made a collage yet. These posts should be posting soon so I better get on the pictures I've taken.
Size of baby: lime, 2.5-2.8 inches

Total Weight Gain/Loss: I gained 1 lb this week so now I am only down 6.5 lbs. (The next day I was 1.3 lb less though.)

Maternity Clothes: No well I did because my normal shorts were all dirty and I tried the maternity shorts but they were way too big. I also wore the skinny maternity jeans. I'm surprised they were still in my closet instead of boxed away with maternity clothes.  They were way too big in the waist but way too tight in the calves.

Movement: Maybe. Not sure. I think once or twice.

Sleep: It's not very good. I'm even exhausted but so much to do so then I try to do things on my computer but since I'm exhausted it takes a couple hours and I'm still awake and exhausted.

What I miss: Being able to go out to dinner without being nauseous.

Cravings: Nothing

Aversions: Nothing

Symptoms: I'm up peeing 1 or 2 times in the night. I'm getting a little nauseous and kind of want to throw up sometimes at night.

Best moment this week: Miles did well at preschool

Looking forward to: Actually telling people. My NT Test.

Exercise: I ran to and from school and then to and from school in one day then did 2 workout videos 2 other days.

Same this time: I'm showing and trying to be careful not to show on pictures I post. (Last time I didn't know people but this time I'm also trying not to show to people in person.)

Different from last time: I weigh myself more because I'm still lower in weight than I have been the past 2 times.  I lost more weight this time than before. I didn't get nearly as lightheaded this time.
