Before Run |
I ran 7 miles at North Park on Saturday and it was the hardest 7 mile run ever. This is why I am not supposed to take extended amounts of time off running. Also I think I'm running a half marathon in 5 weeks. This is very bad. Perhaps I shouldn't do it.
I didn't run well at all. I also haven't run since Saturday. I did walk Sunday, Body Pump Monday, and Body Combat and Chiseled Core on Tuesday. Nothing today because I worked 11.5 hours and still have more work to do.

After Run |
This is how I ran for 4.25 of the miles. The first time in my life I took off my tank top. I'm so pale. Also my ribs stick out. Also my gut sticks out. Also it makes my red face seem worse.
