Short run after doing body combat and chiseled core.
It was on a track and I run so much faster on a track.
My goal was 8:16 for the first mile. I beat that. I wanted my average for the first mile to be 2:04 a lap. I got that. My overall average for 7 laps was 2:04. But I was supposed to do 14 laps and I only did 7.
Tomorrow morning before work I will run at least 4 miles. My new training plan says 4. My old one said 5. I wasn't keeping up with my old one and then when I tried I would fail so then I'd quit for days ago so I revamped mine.
