12:42:42 PM - we had a commercial made at work for an organization that i'm now president of and the only clips with me in them were cut.

08:08:16 PM - got blood work back. cholesterol is 203. last year it was 198. year before 216.
09:09:53 PM - @LaurelHeather 2 of those 3 were "free" from work and they gave us a gift card to get work done. but also my dr likes me to get it yearly
09:10:33 PM - @LaurelHeather i got the postcard and it said "normal" but that isn't good enough for me so i have Quest mail me results.
09:11:16 PM - @LaurelHeather BTW 203 is high but if I just listened to postcard I would think I'm normal. My cholesterol was 205-225 when I was 7.
10:10:55 PM - picked 15 items for my 30 for 30 so far.
11:55:58 PM - I stayed up late for a Friday. I bet that is because I have plans early tomorrow morning.
