I ran part of my normal loop, then ran to the track. I ran 2 miles on the track, then ran home. The track run never felt so boring. Also it was extra windy while running on the track. I did slowly get faster each lap.
I'm slow at running but can run pretty far I think. But I have a 5k in 2 weeks and need to be quick. I never train properly.

2:05 was my best quarter mile and 2:47 was my worst.
I did not properly stop my watch when I had to hit the walk buttons and wait to cross 228.
Well time to go change out of my sweaty clothes and hop in the shower.
